The Crafters Nook began as the dream of Nancy Mowrey, a crafter herself, who wanted to create a store where local artisans could sell their hand-made crafts. Opening in September 2006 with only 12 crafters, The Crafters Nook quickly added more and more crafters as well as custom framing and scrapbooking supplies.In response to numerous requests, knitting, crocheting, and embroidering supplies, quilting fabric,
and classes have been added.
Today, The Crafters Nook is nearly bursting with crafts, which change frequently. In fact, its loyal customers return frequently to browse through new and exciting crafts.
