The internal processing could take up to 3 business days, most times within the same day. Please note that we do not charge your method of payment until we are sure that your order has been processed and there are no problems.
Your shipping method will determine when you will receive your package, it depends on the shipping method you choose when placing the order. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days, all shipments whether they are ground or priority shipping are based on business days (Mon-Fri). All orders are processed during our office hours of Monday-Friday 9am and 4pm EST. All orders placed during the weekend will be handled first thing on Monday morning. We do not offer any special shipments such as Saturday delivery at this time.
Our products are shipped from different locations throughout the country, this is based on the actual product being shipped. Some orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and other orders will be shipped from our locations in Connecticut. There are times if you place an order for two different brands of shoes, each brand may be shipped from a different location. This will not change your price for shipping, we pick up all additional shipping costs.
There are some small occasions when a product is back ordered or has been discontinued. Can I return my Preschoolians shoes?
Any style can be refunded if returned within 2 weeks of receipt. The shoes must be in clean, unworn condition and in the original packaging. We will provide return postage on request for returns being shipped within the United States. The original shipping charge is not refunded, and $5 will be subtracted from the price of the shoe as the cost of handling and re-stocking the return. For international customers, as you are paying the return shipping charge, we will refund the original shipping charge (for those items being returned) and will still deduct the $5 handling fee. Please note for Design Your Own shoes, as these are specially designed by you for your child, these cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping
We guarantee delivery to the 48 contiguous US states within 14 days of placing your order, or we’ll refund your money. Shipments outside of the lower 48 states and to military bases are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that as Design Your Own shoes are designed by you for your child, they may take longer than 2 weeks to ship and are not covered by the shipping guarantee. Over 80% of our business is actually made to order. We are able to have such a large selection of colors, styles, sizes and bottoms because we have very little finished inventory. Orders are sent to our manufacturing facility each night for the shoes to be finished, then sent to our offices for quality control. We then ship orders, using DHL@home within the lower 48 states and US Postal Service Global Priority Mail for all other orders. Within the United States we charge $5.40 per order.
The order can contain as many pairs as you like. Shipping will remain at $5.40.

RETURNS

(This option will not be available if your order is outside the 30 day range.) Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as obtaining a return label.
