The vast majority of products available at AutoAnything are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.
All items must have an RA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.
All electronic products, such as radar detectors and engine programmers, require a 15% restocking fee and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.

All items will be inspected upon arrival and checked for the integrity of the product and its contents. The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit: Products what are improperly packaged. For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

Return Policy
4 Wheel Parts gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.
Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees

After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.

Shipping
- All shipments are F.O.B. Compton, CA. Small items (under 150 pounds) will be shipped by ground service or express service if requested. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must have complete shipping address and phone number. Truck freight is tailgate only, customer must have someone available to unload freight. If the condition of your package is questionable, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 800.578.8132.

Return Authorization
- To return a part, you must call Toll Free 800.578.8132, prompt 3
(Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm EST) for a Return Goods Authorization number
(RGA). Please follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip. If the item is not installed and is within 30 days of the original ship date, you may return all or part of the order to receive a refund for the merchandise value. In some instances an item may be returned after 30 days with the following restocking fees being applied: 31-60 days 10%, 61-90 days 20%, 91+ days 30%. Special order items, modified and/or installed items cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information concerning restocking fees and returning truck freight items.

Returns
ShopSAR.com guarantees satisfaction with all of the auto accessories we sell, and do our best to ensure you're getting products you'll love. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery of your order unless the item is considered final sale. Products eligible for return must be shipped back freight prepaid and received by us in a new resalable condition, including original packaging, installation parts and paperwork.
Orders returned in a ‘ready-to-sell’ condition will receive a prompt refund,
less the original shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Delivery
Our prices do not include shipping. For shipping costs, just click on the Shipping button, listed after each tire. You can choose between3 delivery options:
- Your tires will be delivered directly to your billing address. You can then mount the tires yourself, or you can take the tires to be mounted by a service station of your choice.
- Your tires will be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.
- The tires are delivered directly to a Tire Installer near where you live. Please check "Please deliver the tires to an installation partner." in step 2 of the order process and choose a Tire Installer in your area in step 3.
In general we will deliver the tires to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days. If your goods are not delivered within 7 days and you have not received a message from us, please send us an e-mail at tires@delti.com , or call us. Our contact information can be found on the "Contact us" page.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records. |

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days, as long as the product has not been used. The customer will be responsible for shipping unless the product arrived damaged, in which case tires-easy will pay for shipping. Please see Returns and Refunds for details.
An exception are studded tires - Studded tires orders may not be cancelled, nor may studded tires be returned for a refund. All studded tire sales are final. |

Return/Refund Policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-541-1777 (ext. 360, customer service) for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
Please follow the
return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
Return for Refund
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. |

Shipping and Returns
All products are shipped out from one of the Vivid Racing shipping locations. Vivid Racing drop ships some products and ships direct others. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Vivid Racing within 5 days of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a
candidate for the insurance claim.Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at
info@vividracing.com.
Keep the product and its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Vivid Racing will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup, DO NOT send it back to us
Once the product is picked up and inspected by shipping company, a replacement will be sent.
The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate only. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Vivid Racing warehouse are shipped via Fedex or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package
is returned to Vivid Racing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
